Permission for proposed development to an existing dilapidated dwelling (change of plan from that previously granted under Pl.Reg.No. 11/4043). Works to consist of the following:- 1) Demolish the remains of existing dilapidated dwelling house, 2) Construct new 2 storey dwelling house and garden shed, 3) Install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area, 4) Create a new entrance from the shared access road and carry out associated site works.
