Permission for the following works to existing one and a half storey dwelling:- 1) New one a half storey extension to existing dwelling to accommodate garage & workshop spaces along with residential accommodation, 2) Single storey extension to rear of dwelling, 3) Internal & external alterations to existing dwelling, 4) New sewerage system to replace existing septic tank, 5) Sll associated works.
