The retention of (i) an existing hard standing area of approximately 641 sqm used for agricultural purposes; (ii) an existing vehicular entrance with ornamental wrought-iron gates onto the public road; (iii) existing concrete-panel bound¬ary walls to the road frontage and to the southern and western boundaries of the site; and (iv) existing earthen berms to the northern and eastern boundaries of the site, all at the aforementioned address.
