1) Demolition of existing ruined cottage, 2) Construction of a new dwelling, 3) Restoration of existing outbuildings, 4) Installation of new wastewater treatment system & percolation area, 5) Alterations to existing vehicular entrance, and 6) All associated site development works. The Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
