Planning permission for retention of (1) the front porch and (2) the side sunroom and planning permission is also sought for (1) the demolition of the existing rear extension, (2) the reconstruction of the rear extension with an increased floor area to the rear, (3) material alterations to the external appearance on the west-facing side elevation, front porch & the side of the sunroom and all associated site works.
