The development consists of the retention of alterations to planning previously permitted under Planning Register Reference 23/05372, the alterations to include an extension to the approved warehouse/storage building, revisions to the site layout, internal alterations, parking arrangements, refuse storage area, hardstanding area, display areas together with all associated ancillary site development works. The application also includes the omission of one previously approved light industrial unit (Unit 2).
