Permission for alterations to the previously granted planning application reference 24/4484. The proposed alterations include:- a) The 1 no. ancillary accommodation unit, permitted under application 24/4484 will not be constructed. b) The 3 no. domestic shed structures, permitted under application 24/4484 will not be constructed, c) Construction of a new detached garage building, comprising of garage area, garden shed and carport, all under one roof. The works proposed under item c) include all associated site works.
