The development consists of : • Works to extend the existing staff car park to the front of the existing school building by approx 565sqm to facilitate the addition of 16 number new staff car parking spaces. • Installation of a new bike shelter to house minimum 14 bicycles • Demolition works to remove approx. 47m length of existing boundary wall inclusive of 1no. double vehicular gate and 1no. pedestrian gate and removal of existing concrete median at public road edge. • Construction of a new 1200mm high boundary wall, new double swing vehicular gate, new pedestrian gate, new 2000mm wide public footpath, new carpark surface And all associated site works
