Fournier Laboratories Ireland Ltd. (AbbVie), intend to apply for Planning Permission for an amendment to a previously permitted development (Planning Reference: 25/6841) to carry out the following works: (a) Install of a Retaining Wall to part perimeter to facilitate the bulk excavation. (b) Construction of a Single Storey Stores Building (Total Floor Area = 483m2). (c) New Internal Access Road & Hardstanding Area to the Proposed Stores Building and all associated site works at their Existing Production Facility at Fournier Laboratories Ireland Ltd. (AbbVie), IDA Industrial Estate, Anngrove Townland, Carrigtwohill, Co Cork. The development is covered by an Existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence Number P1046-01. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
