full planning permission for new developments at lands at Quartertown Lower, Mallow, Co. Cork. The proposed site is within the curtilage of Protected Structure RPS No. 00284 ( Quartertown Mills, Quartertown Lower). The development will consist of: 1) to construct 7 no. light industrial / warehouse units (Units 1 to 2 at Block A, Units 3 to 7 at Block B) with a gross total floor area of 2058.54sq.m, to be accessed via existing gated site entrance from shared access road serving the adjoining IDA Business and Technology Park 2) proposed alterations to and extension of existing internal access road and provision of new internal footpaths to serve new development 3) the development will also include construction of; 1no. ESB substation to serve development, car parking spaces including EV, accessible parking bays and visitor parking and bicycle parking shelters; covered bin storage areas; new boundary treatments; new signage on site; hard and soft landscaping, public lighting and all associated site development works above and below ground.
