Permission for the following: 1. Change to site boundaries and revised location of a new waste water treatment system for existing dwelling house that was granted under Planning Ref. 25/04919. 2. Change of use of existing Smithy and Stables building to a new dwelling house. 3. Alterations, refurbishment, extension to the rear and new first floor level for the new dwelling house. 4. The use of the new wastewater treatment system (see part one above) is to serve the existing dwelling house and the new dwelling house (which is the subject of the change of use in this application). 5. Demolition of lean-to shed, new boundary treatment, new potable well and all associated site works.
