1. Retention of part of existing block footings to Garage area and existing access road. 2. Demolition of existing agricultural storage sheds. 3. To renovate and extend existing single storey dwelling house to include the construction of a part single-storey, part two-storey extension to the North West elevation of the existing dwelling, comprising a single-storey extension to the front and a two-storey extension to the rear. Construct domestic garage on part of existing block footings, provide mechanical effluent treatment unit and percolation area.
