Permission for retention of the demolition of the existing sluice annex to the rear of the building and the existing external access to the west wing of the building. Permission is also sought for the retention of 1) single-storey sluice annex to the rear of the existing building, compromising of an assisted bathroom, a dirty utility, and an accessible toilet. 2) a new external access to the west wing of the building. Permission is further sought for elevational treatment to this existing building, including external wall insulation and render finish and the replacement of existing windows and external doors.
