Permission for Retention of the following works to existing dwelling house with attached garage:- (A) For Sun-Room extension to rear of said dwelling. (B) For attic roof light to rear roof of said dwelling. (C) For elevational changes to included additional window to rear of attached garage. (D) For upgrade of existing septic tank system with a new waste water treatment plant and polishing filter and for all associated site works.
