Permission for :- 1) Change of use of existing domestic garage and the construction of a new extension to southern gable to create a one bedroom apartment, 2) Decommission existing septic tank and install a new waste water treatment unit to serve dwelling house and one bed room apartment with new site entrance and all associated site works.
