Permission for the following: (1) Retention of existing single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling, (2) Retention of existing domestic garage/store serving existing dwelling, (3) Retention of existing Granny flat unit ancillary to existing dwelling, (4) Retention of existing site entrance serving existing dwelling. (5) Permission to replace existing septic tank serving existing dwelling with a new secondary wastewater treatment unit and soil polishing filter and all associated site works and services.
