The development will consist of planning permission to extend and refurbish an existing one and a half storey dwelling into a dormer style dwelling including; demolition of front and rear porches, proposed new side and rear extensions, a proposed new roof with increased ridge height and alterations to elevations including new dormer style windows. Permission is also sought to refurbish adjacent detached garage to be used as a garden room including alterations to elevations, minor alterations to the elevations of existing detached boat shed, to install a new domestic wastewater treatment system, improvement works to existing entrance and all associated site works.
