Permission for:- a) Demolition of existing dilapidated timber frame structure known as No.'s 1 & 2 Brookfield, Stoney Boreen and construction of replacement 2 bedroom detached dwelling, with loft storage space. b) Demolition of original adjoining chalet to immediate western side, in ruins (with only part low external masonry rubble walls surviving), together with removal of existing shed/stores located in this area and construction of external open patio area with pergola adjoining proposed 2 bedroom detached dwelling. c) Decommissioning of existing septic tank/percolation area servicing existing dwelling to southwest and provision of 2 no. new waste water treatment units and infiltration areas to facilitate existing and proposed dwellings. d) Permission for Retention in respect of previous modifications to existing dwelling to southwest, including raised timber patio decking and fenestration alterations (previous Planning Ref. No. 94/3860). e) Modifications to existing roadsite site entrance detail and boundary treatment. f) All associated site works, services and landscaping.
