(a) Demolish the existing bathroom, hallway and W.C. to the side of the existing dwelling house (b) Construct a new extension to the side of the existing dwelling house at ground and first floor levels, (c) Make alterations to the existing dwelling house to include alterations to doors and windows, (d) Decommission the existing septic tank and install a new mechanical wastewater treatment unit, tertiary module and percolation bed and all other associated site works
