permission for a 10-year planning permission for the upgrades to the existing Lyracrumpane Water Treatment Plant (WTP) for sustainable groundwater abstraction to replace, in part, an existing river water abstraction, comprising the following works: a) Construction of 2 no. Production Wells (PW). b) Construction of 2 no. small wellhead control kiosks and 2 no. small electrical kiosks to be installed above the production wells. c) Construction of 1 no. control building. d) Construction of 2 no. raw water storage tanks, including associated access stairs and railings and all associated pipework. e) All associated ancillary works including site works, underground piping and ducting, temporary works area, landscaping works, and reinstatement works on completion of the Project
