The development will consist of: a) The construction of a new single storey flat roof extension and conservatory to the rear and side of the property inclusive of all associated roof lights. b) The demolition of an existing chimney to the west of the property. c) The provision of fenestration revisions to the front of the property. d) The partial reinstatement of the original boundary wall height to the front of the property. e) The provision of a new sliding access gate to the existing vehicular access from Belleville Avenue to the front of the property.
