The construction of a two-storey building comprising of a fallow area on ground floor for future staff welfare facilities and staff canteen and kitchen at first floor level within the existing site campus, ancillary outbuildings, adjustments to positioning and layout of the approved car park to facilitate the proposed building, with no change in total number of permitted spaces, external ground mounted plant and equipment, new signage on the southern elevation together with all associated site development works including realignment of the approved site drainage, adjustments to site levels and adjustments to the approved landscape plan.
