Permission for change of use from permitted holiday home use to permanent residential use for the proposed development, as granted permission under Pl.Reg.No. 24/4552. The proposed development, as granted permission, comprises part demolition, restoration of existing uninhabited dwelling and substantial upgrade and alteration works to include raising the existing roof and modifications to openings of the dwelling plus construction of two-storey extensions to the rear and side of dwelling, demolition of outbuildings to rear and bounding the gable of the dwelling, alterations to the western outbuilding for ancillary use, alterations and upgrade of the existing site entrance, construction of a new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.
