Permission for modifications to our existing dwelling house, namely; 1) construction of a single-storey extension to the side(east) and rear of the existing dwelling, 2) conversion of the existing attic space to habitable space, 3) insertion of velux rooflights on rear roof of the existing dwelling house, 4) insert 1no. window ope at ground floor level on the rear elevation of the existing dwelling and 5) all associated site works.
