The development shall consist of planning permission for fenestration modifications to the front and side elevations of the existing dwelling; the demolition of existing rear annex elements comprising flat roof and lean-to roof structures; the erection of a rear extension to the existing dwelling; internal alterations and modifications to the layout of the existing dwelling; together with all associated ancillary site services and site development works.
