CHANGE OF USE:Huntstown Bioenergy Unlimited Company intend to apply for permission for development at 28 / 29 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, D02 C953. The development will consist of the change of use from retail use to retail use for the sale of cosmetics and beauty products use at basement, ground and first floor levels only to include the removal of the internal retail fit-out across all levels from basement to third floor level (no change of use at second or third floor level); and the removal of existing external signage. No further alterations or further works are proposed to the building as part of this application. The site is located within the Proposed Special Planning Control Scheme for Grafton Street and Environs 2026-2036.
