the proposed development includes a change of house type from that previously approved under planning ref no. 23960 to construct a detached a 4 bedroom 2 storey dwelling, single storey domestic garage, together with access from public road using a new recessed type entrance serving the new proposed dwelling, installation of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system together with all associated landscaping, site works and services. All other aspects of the proposed development are to remain as previously approved under planning ref no 23960
