The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing front porch. 2. Demolition of existing single storey rear extension. 3. Demolition of structural shed in the back garden. 4. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at both ground floor & first floor to suit the proposed layout. 5. Construction of single storey flat roof front extension to consist of a porch and lounge. 6. Construction of single storey flat roof side extension to consist of utility room. 7. Construction of double storey rear extension to consist of living room and dining room at the ground floor; two bedrooms and a balcony at the first floor. The proposed double storey rear extension is to consist of a part flat and part apex roof. 8. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
