PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of internal and external alterations and extension to the rear of the Protected Structure. External alterations will consist of amending the size and location of window and door openings to the rear return, creating a new window opening to the gable of the rear return and construction of a new single-storey extension (8sqm) to the rear at garden level. Internal alterations will consist of amendments to the layout of partitions to the garden level of the rear return and associated refurbishment works.
