The demolition of an existing three-storey office building and the partial demolition of and amendments to an existing warehouse building, to facilitate the construction of an extended, larger warehouse building. The proposed amendments include the increase in height of the existing warehouse to match the roof level of the proposed extension, and all associated site development works.
