Permission for construction of 2 no. single-storey warehouse buildings (Unit 1 and Unit 2) with part first floor ancillary offices, each served with 2 no. sloped loading bays with retractable dock canopies, and a level forklift access; 2 no. bin stores; car parking and cycle parking; new access from the L7008, with entrance walls, signage, piers and a security gate; and all associated site development, drainage, landscaping and boundary treatment works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application.
