Permission for Retention of :- (1) 1 no. modified shipping container for use as reception and office, (2) 4 no. saunas, (3) 2 no. hot tubs, (4) 6 no. cold plunge baths, (5) A cabin containing changing rooms, (6) Toilets and shower facilities, (7) Ancillary storage shed, water tank and gas tank, (8) Boundary treatments, (9) Connection to the existing foul sewer and watermain, (10) All ancillary site development works. The proposed development will consist of the use of the site as a sauna facility.
