The development will consist of partial demolition and reconfiguration of existing 5 bed detached (two storey) dwelling for the provision of 2 no. 3 bed (two storey and attic) semi-detached dwellings on the existing site of no. 80A. The development includes (i) demolition of the single storey games room to side of the existing dwelling; (ii) extension and alterations to the existing single storey bay window and entrance door to the front elevation for provision of new entrance door to proposed house 80B; (iii) new velux rooflights to rear at attic level; (iv) sub-division of existing site to include new boundary walls, a new 3m wide vehicular entrance and pedestrian access gate to existing boundary wall along Tonlegee Road; (v) all associated drainage and site development works.
