1) Permission for retention of alterations made to existing extension to existing dwelling previously permitted under planning reference number 78/2697, 2) permission for alterations to existing dwelling consisting of the following: a) the construction of a new roof that will provide first floor attic accommodation containing first floor gable windows and roof lights to the front and rear elevations, b) the construction of a new rear extension, new front entrance porch and all associated alterations to elevations, c) to incorporate a new granny flat unit within the dwelling and d) the removal of existing bored well and unauthorized septic tank and soak pit and for the installation of a new secondary wastewater treatment unit and tertiary filter and to bore a new domestic well and all associated site works and services
