Relocation of 4 no. existing car parking spaces, Addition of 16 number new parking spaces. Installation of a new bike shelter to house minimum 14 bicycles. Demolition works to remove approx. 47m length of existing boundary walls inclusive of 1no. double vehicular gate and 1no. pedestrian gate. Removal of existing concrete footpath and concrete median at public road edge.
