The development consists of : • The Construction of a new 23.5sqm ESB sub station and switch room. Works include the demolition of approximately 10m length of existing boundary wall, modification of 10.8m length of existing public footpath and all associated site works • Removal of existing access ramp and footpath and replacement with new universally accessible ramped access route, inclusive of guarding and handrails, from the existing public footpath into the school site. Works include the relocation of the existing pedestrian gate And all associated site works
