Proposed works in the garage conversion include the replacement of the existing flat roof over the entire section of the building in which the garage is incorperated, the provision of external insulation and an increasein floor level by 100mm and the provision of one rooflight over same and insertion of new window in Eastern elevation. The height of this building will be 2.950m and area of the existing garage is 29.74m2.
