Ref. 24/60996) including: (a) A change of use of the existing ground floor premises from a retail unit to a commercial event space. (b) Demolition of the existing roof, internal floors, rear extensions and rear metal shed structure, retaining the front facade and party walls, with reconstruction and a new rear extension within the site. (c) Construction of a new metal roof covering over the rear outdoor space, supported on the existing steel structure, with a freestanding toilet structure. (d) A new external stair access with refurbishment of the existing residential unit. Refurbishment and upgrades to the front elevation including a new shopfront and signage, and modifications to the rear and side boundary walls to provide new access gates.
