Permission for :- 1) Retention of the demolition of the former sluice annex to the rear of the existing hospital building and the removal of the former external escape ramp serving the west wing of the building, 2) Retention of a single-storey sluice annex to the rear of existing building, comprising an assisted bathroom, dirty utility room and accessible WC, 3) Retention of a new external escape ramp serving the west wing of the building, 4) Retention of elevational upgrades to the existing hospital building, including external wall insulation with rendered finish and the replacement of existing windows and external doors. The development includes all other associated site development works.
