Permission for Retention of refurbishment and alteration/extension of a dwellinghouse consisting of (a) reconstruction of part of the existing exterior walls, raising of wall and roof height, (b) single and two storey extensions to the side and rear, (c) alterations to elevations, (d) detached domestic store, (e) a new wastewater treatment system in lieu of existing, (f) for upgraded of existing vehicular entrance, access road and boundary treatment for said dwelling and for all associated site works.
