the development will consist of the following: Retention permission is been sought for alterations and amendments made to planning granted under planning ref 901060 & 92442 including (1) the relocation of domestic garage and extended lean to section of domestic shed (2) closing up of one no. entrance piers and gates (3) to retain existing temporary mobile home (for a period of 2 years) to be removed from site on completion of proposed new dwelling (4) and all ancillary site works.
