Permission for:- (1) Retention and removal of 2 no. existing roof windows and 1 no. balcony roof window to the western roof slope of the existing house, (2) Retention of demolition of the original extension, part of external wall and internal floors, (3) Retention of new floors and supporting structure and partially constructed external walls to proposed new extension, (4) Demolition of western site boundary walls and steps, (5) Proposed new western site boundary walls, steps and handrail, (6) Completion of proposed 2 storey extension to rear, (7) Proposed alterations to the existing building including:- (i) 2 no. new dormers on western roof slope, (ii) Replacement of existing roof tiles with natural slate, (iii) Replacement of existing windows and front door with new, (8) All associated site works.
