(a) essential demolition of dilapidated, structurally unsound outbuildings to the rear and south of existing house, ground clearance and levelling off for the safe traversing on site and (b) refurbishment of original stone masonry dwelling house and re-roofing of the original wall plate level as per plans submitted and PERMISSION to install new generic waste water treatment system with percolation area, site entrance and all ancillary works applicable thereto
