The development consists of (a) permission to renovate, make elevational changes too and raise the ridge and eaves heights of the existing dwelling house, (b) permission to construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house, (c) permission to construct an extension on the eastern side of the dwelling house (d) permission to construct a porch to the front of the existing dwelling house and (e) permission to decommission the existing wastewater treatment system and construct a new upgraded wastewater treatment system consisting of a mechanical aeration unit, intermittent filter and polishing filter.
