Permission for Retention of the change of use of Unit 15 at ground floor level from gym to a retail unit. Permission for:- a) Change of use of Unit 16 at ground floor level from gym use to retail use, together with all associated internal modifications. b) Re-location of existing public toilet facilities and security room from the first floor level to the ground floor level within Units 15 & 16. c) Alterations to the southeast elevation. d) Change of use of the existing public toilets and security room to office use, to be incorporated into existing Unit 19. e) All associated site development and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
