The development will consist of the following: construction of 16no. Dwellings (comprising of: 10no. 3-Bedroom houses; and 6no. 4-Bedroom houses); connection to existing services; along with all associated ancillary site development works including footpaths, lighting, parking, drainage and landscaping/amenity areas. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared as part of this application.
