The development will consist of the following: construction of new mobile home and touring park consisting of: 61no. mobile home pitches; 20no. campervan/touring pitches; site reception/office; communal building; storage shed; toilets shower block; connection to existing services; along with all ancillary site development works including roads, footpaths, lighting, parking, drainage and landscaping/amenity areas. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared as part of this application.
