The development will consist of: 1. The demolition of an existing out-house. 2. Renovations and alterations to the existing derelict dwelling, to include elevational changes and an increase in the roof height of the existing structure. 3. The construction of a new storey and a half extension to the western side of the existing dwelling. 4. The installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area. 5. New driveway and proposed entrance to the proposed dwelling site to increase sightlines. 6. All associated and ancillary site works.
