Ormonde Organics Ltd. intend to apply for retention permission for development at its existing Composting and Anaerobic Digestion Facility at Killowen,?Portlaw, County Waterford.? The development consists of the retention of an extension of the concrete apron to the rear of the Facility, associated relocation of storage tank and amendments to the existing woodchip air filter building and feedstock bunker building. The development relates to development for the purposes of an activity requiring a licence from the Environmental Protection Agency under the Industrial Emissions Directive.
