• Construction & completion of dwelling as-built which replaces the original cottage demolished as part of previous site works approved under PL22/217 • Retention & completion of newly constructed extension as-built which differs to that previously granted under PL22/217 • The retention of a reinforced retaining wall & raft foundation as constructed for the replacement house & new extension & • Planning Permission for the construction of a replacement & upgraded on-site WWTS with above ground tertiary treatment area & • Reconnection to existing site services • All associated ancillary site development works deemed necessary.
